Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, to guarantee timely dispatch.
Whether you've selected a precision-engineered chronograph or an elegantly minimalist design, each item is handled with specialized packaging materials to protect delicate components during transit. For limited-edition collections, additional authentication documents may be included with your shipment.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders placed before 12 PM EST are typically processed within 1-2 business days, while later submissions may require additional handling time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend by 24-48 hours. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually reach their destination within 3-5 business days, while international shipments vary based on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that remote locations or areas with limited carrier coverage may experience slightly longer transit times. We recommend placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive occasions.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60-$9,999
Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions during checkout. All shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your cart total and destination.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and select Middle Eastern markets. Some restrictions apply to certain territories due to trade regulations or carrier limitations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain island nations at this time. Customers in these regions may consider using a package forwarding service.
Order Tracking
Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey. Our system integrates with major carriers to provide real-time updates on delivery status.
For convenience, you can also access this information anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Should your tracking information not update for several days, this typically indicates the package is in transit between carrier facilities.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, customs inspections, or carrier logistical issues. If your shipment hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team at

For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we will either reship your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your discretion. Claims typically require a 15-business-day investigation period for international shipments.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping costs and will vary depending on your local laws and the declared value of your shipment.
